Free Health Camp

Venue: Chulibojha village, Ward No. 4 of Bulingtar Rural Municipality, Nawalparasi district (East)

On Saturday, 26th July 2025 (2082 Shrawan 10), a Free Health Camp was successfully organized at Chulibojha village, Ward No. 4 of Bulingtar Rural Municipality, Nawalparasi district (East). The event was a joint initiative of Rotary Club of Chitwan, Rotaract Club of Chitwan, Spouse Club of RC Chitwan, and Devchuli Milan Youth Club, Bulingtar with technical support from College of Medical Sciences, Bharatpur Hospital, and Narayani Community Hospital. The event was specially held to mark Rotary’s Maternal and Child Health Month of July, with a focus to address the issues of mothers and children.

The camp was organized under the chairmanship of Club President Rtn. Ramchandra Adhikari, with Ward Chairperson Min Bahadur Aale as the chief guest. Distinguished guests included Bulingtar Rural Municipality ward no 4 ward member Mr. Bel Bahadur Gaha Magar , Chairman of Teen Kanya Basic School Mr. Kul Bahadur Gaha Magar, Chairperson of Chuli Bojha Cluster Development Committee Mr. Naula Singh Magar, chairperson of Aama Samuha Mrs. Taumaya Baral, Devchuli Milan Youth Club president Mr. Om Prakash Rana Magar and Chairperson of the Parent Teachers Association Mr. Bir Bahadur Syanjali. The health camp aimed to promote community health, early diagnosis, disease prevention, and general medical awareness. More than 105 local residents from Chulibojha, Bojhapokhari, and Deurali areas benefited from various health services, including pediatric care, gynecology, diabetes and blood pressure screening, medical consultations and distribution of free medicines. A dedicated medical team of 18 professionals—comprising 7 doctors and 11 health workers—delivered services during the event. The total cost of the program was about NPR 100,000, which included financial and in-kind contributions.
